The maching process is numerical control and operation is very convenient, it can fulfill antomation, highprecision, multi-species and quantity production.
The computer adopts English interface which is easy to operate, it can accept certain processing program which is made from special software ang also you can program manually.
Advantages:
The machine is composed of transverse conveyor, rotaing loading system, infeed conveyor, cnc infeed carriage, marking unit, punching unit shearing unit unloading converyor as well as hydraulic electrical and pneumatic system,etc.
There are three sets of punching die-station on each side which can install three kinds of punches with different diameters, three sets of punching die-station can move altogether controlled by cnc to change the punching stadia.
Dual-blade shearing ensures perfect cutting section the shear clearance can be conveniently adiusted.
Marking unit adopts closed frame with good rigidity four sets of character boxes are fixed on the marking unit which can be selected by program, marking stadia can be set at will.
The workpiece is infeeded by the CNC carriage with high positioning precision. The infeed carriage is driven by servo motor. The photoelectric encoder feeds back the information, closed loop control, the calmp arm is up and down with high rigidity.It is driven by ballscrew and guided by linear guideway.
The support device of the punching unit is driven up and down by hydraulic cylinder.
The rotating loading system is driven by the reducer and the structure is stable.
The hydraulic system mainly complete punching, shearing,marking, marking device movement, pressing workpiece supporting workpiece and transposition of character boxes, the hydraulic pipeline is ferrule connection.
